Blacktail Hunting

I just moved to the covington area from out of state and was wondering if anyone had any good advice for areas within a few hours of my location to hunt blacktail

There are spots you can hunt on Timber company lands.  For hunting the Covington Area there are places up HWY 18 on Tiger Mountain, but the safest way is to call the Company and ask for permission.   
Hunting and fishing season lasts all year.

Sorry I can't help but if your looking for a place to have a good drink that would be the oly place I could help you with in the covington area  :dunno:

welcome to this great site. don't know the area but good luck find some ground and put foot to dirt and see what you can find.

You might check around the Ravensdale area as my brother lives out there and has a friend who archery hunts and has taken Deer,Elk, and Bear all in that area. Check Around the watershed boundaries.
